How do I cancel my trial?

There’s no need to cancel your trail. If your trial runs out, but you haven’t purchased Teleprompter, you will not be automatically charged. Teleprompter will simply stop working.

I’m getting “Transaction Failed” when trying to start the trial.

Delete Teleprompter, then redownload it from the App Store. This fixes the problem in most cases. If you are still experiencing problems, contact support@pavonine.co.

Teleprompter can’t find my wheel or other control device on macOS Catalina.

Navigate to System Preferences > Security and Privacy > Privacy > Input Monitoring and ensure that Teleprompter is checked. You’ll need to click the lock in the bottom left-hand corner and enter your password to make changes.

Where do I find recorded videos?

Click the “Show In Finder” button in the “Recording” pane.

How do I delete a segment marker?

Right-click on the marker and select “delete,” or find the marker in the “Segments” sidebar and press the backspace key.
